Whey Protein
Chocolate Coffee Shake
Ingredients: Mix 2 scoops of Axis Labs Muscle Delight Chocolate Protein or other protein with:
* 1 cup of skim milk
* 5 ice cubes
* 1 cup of water
* 1 spoonful of instant coffee

Bodybuilders Breakfast
Egg Breakfast Sandwich
Ingredients:
* 1 large whole egg
* 2 large egg whites
* 2 tsp Flaxseed
* 1/2 cup orange juice
* 3 slices whole-wheat bread
Scramble 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites in a Bowl and fry them with vegetable Oil. Add Flaxseed. Make toast of 3 bread slices and pour the eggs making it a large sandwich. Add an orange Juice or just eat apples, grapes or any other fruit with skin to get ample fibers.
