Eleuthero Root

Eleuthero Root is a member of the ginseng family; however it is not considered a 'true ginseng' because it is of a different genus than other popular ginsengs such as Korean Ginseng and American Ginseng. In traditional medicine eleuthero has been used to treat an overall sense of well-being. This herb is also considered an adaptogen which is a nontoxic herb that works on a nonspecific basis to normalize physiological function, working on the neuroendocrine system.
