Endomorph

The body of the endomorph is round and soft. The abdominal area is often large and muscle definition is difficult to see. The body has a high waist. The arms and legs of the extreme endomorph are short in length and taper. The endomorph is typically barrel shaped and can be described as soft body, round physique. The endomorph has a difficult time with weight loss.
