Estrogen

Estrogen is considered the main female sex hormone and it is responsible for many of the secondary sex characteristics of females such as breast tissue. Estrogen is found in both men and women, but it is found in much higher levels in women. In men, most estrogen is produced by the aromatization of testosterone to estrogen.
