New School Fat Burning Ingredients Revealed

Before we get into the meat and potatoes of fat loss, let’s re-cap. In my last article, I addressed the importance of performing cardio activity first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Remember, in order to effectively burn fat you must create what is called an “energy deficit” which means the fuel your body needs is pulled from existing storage compartments. Yes, I am talking about the infamous storage compartments also known as the stomach, hips, thighs and butt. When cardio is done first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, you tap these storage compartments” (stored fat) and tap them faster, because this is the primary source of energy at that time of day.

Want to know another hint, secret, helpful tip in the war against fat? There are dietary supplements that help in your attack against fat. Ask any serious old school bodybuilder “what was the most effective fat loss supplement back in the day?” and I’ll bet you will hear the letters E.C.A. The ECA Stack (ephedrine, caffeine, aspirin) was, at one time, the most well known thermogenic formulation.
